FAQ: Packaging
How are your products packaged for shipping?
Our shipping packaging is designed to ensure the safe delivery of our products. The following is a typical approach we maintain.
Unframed fine art prints are carefully hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then placed in extra thick cardboard tubes for shipping. However, if the prints are A4 or smaller and being delivered within the UK or mainland Europe, they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes.
Framed and canvas prints undergo a more comprehensive packaging process. They are wrapped in a protective sleeve, and plastic or cardboard guards are added to each corner to prevent damage. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimize the risk of breakage or damage during transit. Finally, each print is shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box.
We have refined our packaging standards to ensure the utmost protection for our products. While incidents of breakage or damage are extremely rare, in the rare event that they occur, we prioritize the organization of collection and replacement, and expedite the shipping process without any inconvenience to you.
By maintaining these packaging standards, we strive to ensure that your prints arrive in excellent condition, ready to be enjoyed.
